Relax is needed

Hi guys
For long time I have no chance to write here
I'd like to share my last event.
It has been almost three years I spent all of my time at school since it becomes pilot international standard school.
- From preparing the material which is different to the regular one up to as mentor to other teachers who teach other subjects in English.
- joining workshop in regional scope and international as well.
- As committee in accepting new students that spending about six months
- whereas the teaching learning begun from 7am up to 4.10pm
- in the evening preparing the material for the following day
instead it needs much time and spent most of my time anyway I enjoyed it.
I can take the learning here though we are so busy we must be relax.
in the busy people occurred a relax soul
when we relax , health will come.
